Order Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been processed it cannot be canceled or modified.

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after processing.

Please note these are estimated timeframes only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods

By purchasing you agree to these possible delays.


📍 Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address additional shipping fees may apply.


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the order has been shipped and handed to the carrier we are not responsible for delays loss or damage caused by the shipping provider.

However we will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.


📬 Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📦 Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact the shipping company directly

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
